Used on my Camry 02 with rear drums. This car has a full rear plate so I used a hacksaw to cut 2 sections (I've attached photos) to allow the OTC puller arms to hook into the real drum. If I left it on I would have to remove the wheel cylinder and deal with cleaning the brake fluid and also damaging the wheel hub as there are 4 bolts I can't access with the drum still on. In any case, I lightly oiled the jackscrew and levers to make them slide a little easier and hand-tighten. After tightening 2 nuts per the instructions and all the other reviews but not all the way through just enough for the drum to pop out with some movement. I used my 1/2" adapter with a 1" socket and slowly began to twist. After a few turns there was a loud bang with lots of rust dust and the drum was free! Before buying this tool I used 2 threaded holes on the drum brake but it was so rusty that I couldn't turn it properly with a hammer drill which broke the threads on the drum so using the 8mm bolts was useless . Useful so I gritted my teeth and paid for this tool - I'd say it's worth the money. This thing, as others have said, is built like a tank and looks like it will last forever.
