The product is well assembled and well assembled. My use case is to rotate the TV 90 degrees daily. Unfortunately the bar will spring back in one position under load. If the TV is then rotated 90 degrees, the TV will not be level side to side and will need to be slid back to the level position. I added a couple of notched lock washers at the bottom attachment point to keep bar wobble to a minimum. If you don't swivel your TV I would recommend this mount. If you actively rotate your TV, I do not recommend this product. The manufacturer really needs to provide some sort of locking mechanism to prevent the second attachment point on the stand from tipping back and forth when the bracket is mounted on a flat ceiling and the TV swivels back and forth. This possibility is shown in the photos and in the product description. But that doesn't work well in practice.
