First impressions are a very cheap plastic this thing is made entirely of and the buttons feel very flimsy. I survived, they were cheap, what did I expect? Connected the dongle to my PC, they were recognized normally, the sound quality is "good". I mainly need it for meetings and light gaming after work, so that's enough for me. Then the batteries died, so I decided to just plug it in and charge it while playing. NO. They turn off when you connect the USB-C charging cable. You cannot use them wirelessly and charge them at the same time. Two days go by and in the middle of the meeting I lose the audio. The headset is not recognized at all. The key just doesn't seem to work anymore. So I connect it to my computer's headset port using a SUPER SHORT audio jack. I know this port works for audio and mic because I've used other headsets before, but when I plug them in, they ONLY work as headphones. No microphone when connected to the audio jack. I noticed that the sound quality was much better when connected directly, with some static and background noise when using wireless. So I had to resort to Bluetooth and so far it's working fine. ways to connect them. Now I find out that two of them no longer work 3 days after the first use. Avoid these things. Spend your money on the best headphones.
