Review on SCOSCHE Install Centric ICFD8BN for Select Ford/Linc/Merc 2004-2012: Double DIN Complete Installation Solution for Aftermarket Car Stereo by Nick Garrett

Complete doesn't mean everything or the right year, be careful!

I ordered a complete installation kit for a 2010 F-150 xlt. The wiring harness I received said it was for 2002-2008. Good? Everything else was fine except for the internal double din hole. We pulled out a tape measure and measured it to make sure it wasn't my misjudgment. Which wasn't. The hole was 1/8 inch too small in height and width meaning my radio didn't fit. It's a few days before Christmas and I don't have the time or money to reorder the parts because they've gone bad. So I had to use a dremel and widen the hole myself. Since the wiring harness was the wrong year, the power wires didn't match, and I was able to add the wrong color, it was funny. There is no steering wheel as I thought. So now I have to order it separately and withdraw everything. Also, there was another gray clip in the standard radio, I suspect it could be the Microsoft sync that came with the truck, but there's no adapter for that either. So I'll order something else. Doesn't have to be a COMPLETE installation kit. To be complete? At least send me the damn parts you need!
