Item will come repackaged. NO WHERE IN THIS DESCRIPTION DOES IT SAY MISSING PARTS. NO BASKET, MISSING SCREWS, ONE SCREW IS COMPLETELY SHEERED OFF. AND NO PETALS!? HONESTLY, IVE BOUGHT REPACKAGED ITEMS FROM AMAZON BEFORE, BUT THIS WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. I CAN DEAL WITH THE IMPERFECTIONS, BUT MISSING PARTS IS RIDICULOUS. CANT RIDE A BIKE WITHOUT PETALS.ITS A COMPLETE SHAME. I AM DISAPOINTED IN THIS PURCHASE, FLAT OUT.
