This running vest is worth the money. He REALLY wants to get up, but I use that as a signal to myself to correct my running technique - if he gets up, I'm most likely jumping too much and wasting energy. It feels a little flimsy, especially the plastic clips at the waist and definitely a second set of adjustable straps on the sides of your chest to keep the vest from riding up and/or falling over either side of your shoulders (mine likes to list the left). I will most likely sew on some. "Reflection points" are definitely not visible to me. I put this vest on my mailbox tonight and watched the cars drive by with their headlights shining on it. Not very visible. I can add reflective tape to mine. The "sleeve" ties fit around my ankles. They have an INCREDIBLY STRONG velcro mechanism which is quite annoying and not adjustable at all to make them smaller. All in all you get what you pay for. Be ready to make a few changes to get a more useful product. FYI: I'm 5ft 5in, 140lbs, athletic (not busty) build. Small suits me! UPDATE 2/12/2017: I was personally contacted by the seller and offered a full refund. Very nice people!
