My husband has a history of skin cancers. Due to medications he must have limited access to direct sunlight. He always used sun screen previously and still does, but these sleeves allow him to bypass the sun screen for his arms, thereby making less of a mess. He does like to golf and work in the yard, so these sleeves are a great help.
