Technical support is not available.

The device did not work as advertised. The only way to contact technical support is via email and it takes a few hours to reply. I'm not saying the device was defective, it may have been connected incorrectly (although I installed several devices from different manufacturers). But when I'm at the customer's site for several hours to get an answer from the support team, this is not the case.
