These glass nail files are the perfect combination of beauty and functionality. I used to only use metal nail files for their durability, but after switching to a glass file I've found that the edges of my nails are noticeably smoother and surprisingly healthier. As much as I liked metal files, they left the edges of my nails more jagged/worn and therefore more prone to chipping and chipping. This is the first nail file I have ever used that really made me feel like I had improved the look and feel of my nails. All in all I just love them. I have ordered 3 so far (two in the photo and the GOLD/PURPLE color for a friend). The ombre design is so pretty and having a matching storage box is such a cool bonus.
