A good protein drink when you don't need supplements. However, the sweetener it contains is too strong and makes my teeth and mouth look weird. It seems too sour to me. But probably the best protein drink if you don't want a lot of bulking. However, it was the stepping stone that made me want to just get a jar of unflavored, additive-free protein powder and put it in my damn bottle for free. Better for the environment. Better for my body. Better for my wallet.
