I purchased this stationary bike in July of 2021, the item arrived several days earlier than expected. Being elderly and living alone it took a couple of months to find someone to assemble it for me. The bike was packaged appropriately and all parts were included with clear and concise instructions. Assembly took no more than 30 minutes. The bike is beautiful! It's modern and sleek with an easy to read and understand display that provides important stats. The seat is your average bicycle seat. The bike has a manually adjustable resistance and a belt drive system that is smooth and quiet. The caged pedals provide anti-slippage and pedalling support. The bike is transportable as it has small wheels underneath to easily relocate. Unfortunately, my bike has a defect in the frame; it leans slightly to the left from the front end. you can't see it but you can FEEL it while riding and at my age this can cause ME to lose my balance and fall. We've tried adjusting it several times and many ways, sadly it's the actual frame itself. I contacted revain and because it's a third party seller I was put in touch with customer service who responded immediately with understanding great concern regarding my issue. David was professional, friendly and helpful in explaining my options and what I can expect as far as repair, replacement or refund. He didn't hassle me and I never had to wait many days for a reply. Things happen and items sometimes have issues, it's NOT the sellers fault. I would highly recommend this stationary bike to anyone looking for a quality, affordable bike and I highly recommend this company for it's speed of delivery despite our current shipping delays; for it's great affordable product; for it's no-hassle warranty; but especially for it's top notch customer service!
