The best thing about this product is that it allows me to create multiple campaigns at the same time. I can also set up automatic follow ups for my clients. Their customer service is terrible as well. They do not respond to emails, text messages or phone calls. This is a very old school company who thinks they are still running an old business model. There are many other products out there that will allow you to set up different campaigns with automated follow ups. Do your research before choosing a provider. If you want to use their services, make sure you have a great relationship with them. We were using Mailbluster for our email marketing needs. I like that this program allows me all of my accounts into one place for ease or management when sending out multiple campaigns at once! Not much dislike about it but if there was something specific then maybe more training could be done as well? So far no complaints with any part just yet!! If your looking an easy way manage/send mass e mails through several different providers such as mail chimp etc., look up "Mail Blusterer" its amazing what they offer.
