The best thing about this product is that it allows me to create multiple campaigns at the same time. I can also set up automatic follow ups for my clients. Their customer service is terrible as well. They do not respond to emails, text messages or phone calls. This is a very old school company who thinks they are still running an old business model. I like that they offer all the tools needed for a successful campaign without requiring any additional products or services from our side. They also have an excellent customer support team who are always ready to help us out whenever we need it.
