Review on 🍳 Bruntmor Nonstick Cast Iron Casserole Pan - Kitchen Braiser Dish, 3.8-Quart Round Casserole Pan by Deelo Sylvester

Brantmore is the new favorite.

This large enamelled brazier has been a phenomenal workhorse for me with no chips or cracks as I follow all the instructions carefully. This is a great addition to my collection of dinnerware, especially enamelware. It's well coated so it's easy to clean. It heats up evenly and quickly, only low heat actually cooks my recipes better. This is a company I've never heard of but is now at the top of my list. It's heavy at around 11.3 pounds, plus more with food, but its size, balance, and well-designed handles make it fairly easy to use. I personally don't put in the dishwasher or use metal utensils because I want them to stay nice and not ruin the finish. Always on my stove, ready to go, which is often the case. GREAT UPDATE: I love the Bruntmor Roaster so much that I recently took the opportunity to purchase the new Le Creuset 3.5 qt as well. braiser on sale. I decided to replenish my collection as everyone praises them. On my first day just washing it with a gentle foam sponge before first use, the inner enamel just chipped off. Due to the sale it was sold out so there are no exchanges and if I come back there is no guarantee I would ever get that price again so I'm doing a warranty exchange now. (I still think I should have just come back as my confidence was broken). Meanwhile, my Bruntmor is still in perfect condition and looks like new. I suggest if you are considering buying Bruntmor trust all the high reviews and treat it well and follow the instructions. Being Le Creuset doesn't guarantee quality, so why pay more? Lesson learned firsthand.
