Great buy - great quality

Just the first impression: looks good and feels good. I'm so glad I didn't spend $400 on the Le Cruset version. The quality of the enamel appears to be superior to many of the more expensive ones. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • not as thick as other products

Ceramic appeared for the second time using it

I was so excited when it appeared. I used it for the first time and was delighted. The next day I went to use it and when it was heated on medium heat for two minutes the ceramic exploded into a few sections.

This is my pick for Bakers & Casseroles

I love this pan. That's my approach to almost everything. I'm keeping the oven for several reasons. One is heavy6. Second, to remember to use it. It's universal. It cleans easily. Best buy ever. I love expensive and premium kitchen utensils. This is a great item without the high price tag.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Doubtful

Great product, my first cast iron enamel!

So far, so good! The item arrived well packaged with no scratches or dents. Before use, I washed it with warm water and mild soap. I used it for the first time last night to make braised ribs! The pan was great and above all easy to clean. I wiped away the stains with a soft sponge and warm water and the pan looked new again. Make sure you have 2 good oven mitts for each handle so you don't burn yourself. I look forward to many more dishes being cooked in it and it also looks great on my stove…

  • Don't waste too much time

Must have in your kitchen

This saucer is one of the best. If you're looking for a good cast iron pot and can't afford $300-$400 then take a chance with this one. The pot is just beautiful to add to your kitchen. It bakes very well in the oven and on my induction heating. I'm glad I bought this one. It also fits perfectly in my convection oven. If your convection oven cooks a 12 inch pizza, you can put this pan in your oven. This is one of the reasons I bought this pot to cook on the induction heater and convection oven.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Not bad

I enjoy using my braiser!

I live alone and I've found that most of the kitchen items I've used have just taken up closet space. Then I reassessed my culinary needs. I kept my large soup pot because I make bone broth regularly, but all the cooking supplies I had like my chicken skillet, my 10 and 12 skillets. I gave them to a family member who was grateful for my dishes. I've read, compared prices, read reviews, bought a well made 6 and 8-seater pan with lid, 3 liter pot BUT I still had to try the cookware. I chose this…

  • Regular price

  • Lots of things

Brantmore is the new favorite.

This large enamelled brazier has been a phenomenal workhorse for me with no chips or cracks as I follow all the instructions carefully. This is a great addition to my collection of dinnerware, especially enamelware. It's well coated so it's easy to clean. It heats up evenly and quickly, only low heat actually cooks my recipes better. This is a company I've never heard of but is now at the top of my list. It's heavy at around 11.3 pounds, plus more with food, but its size, balance, and…
