This product is of great quality but is over-made. You can attach the product to your ankle and foot, but the Velcro strap that holds the brace in place hugs where you attach it. It's good. but when it comes time to remove the brace (I have arthritis in my hands so my strength is minimal at times). Velcro. Easy to put on but not to take off
