Review on 🚁 Enhance Your DJI Mavic Air 2 Drone Experience with PGYTECH Landing Gear Extensions by Matthew Guiney

Requires great care during installation.

Takes a lot of care to install but they seem to get the job done.1. Inspect all pivot brackets holding tabs and motor arm seats for excess plastic.2. Be sure to support the front landing gear while sliding the extensions. The front landing gear is attached with three tiny screws and is designed to support the weight of the drone. Be careful not to apply excessive force when installing the extension. They're very snug, I doubt they'll fall off if you press them all the way.3. The hinge bracket is rectangular, but the top of the motor arm is not, so it takes all your finger strength to flip and fix it. I recommend applying a small amount of silicone grease to the locking tab.4. They are designed to be mounted next to the pivot point of the motor arm, not in the center of the arm. They may get caught in the middle, but they may fall or detach and hit the support.5. I don't think I would buy them again due to installation difficulties, but they appear to be strong enough plastic to last for many years with proper care.6. The shock-absorbing rubber foot on the rear landing gear extensions fits with pressure. They have a couple of molded brackets to hold them in place, but I managed to loosen a pad when installing the chassis. I could use it again. You can apply glue if you're worried, I'm not worried so I just glued it back on.
