1 of 5 clogs and no more spills. I have been using the Melitta brown cone filter with a different brand of coffee maker for many years. I recently bought a new manufacturer that needs this type of filter. The same mill. Same attitude. But about every 5th pot I try, the filter clogs and the water stops flowing. You have to drop everything and start over. It's expensive to throw away 8 cups of quality coffee. Several filters that came with the new coffee maker never clogged. Something is wrong with the paper here.
