Outdated, don't expect them to work
Something is wrong with the cables, they won't stay connected to the base OR Xbox, they keep dangling and falling out. Xbox didn't even recognize the device. Spent hours troubleshooting and finally concluded that the base must be defective. Please note that this is a refurbished product! I didn't see that I wouldn't have gotten them if I had known. Plus, getting them to charge is a chore. You have to place them perfectly in a very precise position. Why not just connect them? What the hell were they thinking?
