AGAIN OBSOLETE DELIVERY!

This is the THIRD order completed at the time of arrival. What's going on here?! "Powder" won't scoop up and looks disgusting! I've tried different flavors but they all have the same consistency. I don't know what's going on as I've never had a problem, but if you can't all just shake the canister before you send it off to realize it doesn't need to be released. Because it doesn't feel like a mixable powder, you don't need to sell this product on Revain!
