Very very weak.
The picture of the watch shows what it looks like when you press the button to make it light, otherwise it is dull grey. The clock is fine unless you are in a place with poor lighting. You can still parse the time, but the day/date above and the seconds below are unparsable. The lightening option works a little but only stays on for 1.5 seconds.
