so many problems on Computer Accessories and Peripherals

This item is trash. I've tried to please but I can't. I bought it to have multiple things at the same time, hard drive, charge controller, charging headphones etc. I can't use some ports as it's only 2.0 (wish I knew my stuff needed 3.0). My controllers aren't responding while playing. So I look to the left and the game registers in about 5+ seconds. Not sure why this data hub affects this, but only when I plug it in. Thankfully, this product only costs $10 because it goes straight in the trash where it belongs.
