These pajama bottoms are made from 100% silky polyester fleece. I've never heard of Poly Silky Fleece. I assume it's some kind of polyester? It really is silky smooth. Soft and warm and smooth. It shines almost like silk (see my photo). The set comes with a drawstring belt, which comes in handy when the elastic loses its elasticity with age. Two side pockets. I usually wear pants in size 34. I bought these medium pajama bottoms and they fit great. Not loose, but not tight either.
