This chicken breast dinner (Jeopurrdy Licious) is a big problem with our diabetic cat and 9 other cats that I've tried to grope him for. smells nice to me so can't fault the food itself. I think the slimy gel texture just isn't for our cats and to be honest something about having too much gelatin doesn't work for me either, these patties seem to have way too much xanthan gum and locust bean gum given to cats Regular consumption of these ingredients can cause bloating/diarrhea/allergies in cats with sensitivity issues. I'm kinda glad cats don't like Jeopurrdy Licious at all and they almost don't like the Meal of Fortune version. A lucky meal I could get my diabetic cat to eat if I mixed it up well and added freeze dried turkey powder or a few chunks on top, but it took him a couple of hours to eat the pouch. Other cats don't even eat it. Still, the food is technically better than most ingredients in general, but perhaps weruva should consider getting rid of its slide-n-serv marketing pie and downgrading the gel. /thickening gums, safe for dogs but only "supposedly" safe for cats. Serving a healthier low carb pie for all cats is what you would expect from weruva, and releasing pies that cause known problems with bloating, diarrhea and other allergens in cats is not a healthy pie to me after all.
