I've been searching and searching for a solution to keep my sons head up while sleeping in the car and this actually works pretty well for my three year old. I place it on him once he has already fallen asleep (when someone else is driving or I pull over). He's not into wearing it before falling asleep. But it easily slips on around the neck and once snapped closed it does a decent job of holding his head up for the most part. It will slip down a bit but not anything like it would with out this pillow. I am much less stressed our watching him sleep in the car with this pillow. I'd recommend giving it a try! Nothing else like it on the market that I could find.Unfortunately it doesn't fold up or deflate but I have a blow up one (for an adult) and doesn't work as well. But I just keep this in the trunk or back seat for whenever we need it.
