I like that we can track all our inventory easily. It's very user friendly and easy to learn. We have never had any issues with it. The only thing is that sometimes you need help when you get stuck or confused. As a team member, this has helped me solve problems in running a store that would otherwise take hours to figure out. Also, it has made my job as an assistant manager much easier. I used to spend a lot more time making sure everything was right; but now I am able to keep up with all the orders from the office faster than ever before. The ability to create custom reports, track orders, and keep inventory levels in check. I would like to be able to see more information about my accounts and their sales. It would also be helpful if you could have a way to filter by different categories or product groups. Also it would be great if you could have an option to set up a notification when a new order is placed for one of your products. I love that we can easily keep track of our inventory and monitor any changes that occur.
