Very good software and customer service

It's easy for me as an Account Manager, that is always up-to date with our products in order not have any issues when there are changes or modifications within those items! Also it helps us get all information related directly from manufacturers if we need more details about their product line (that they don't share). Sometimes some new features appear without notice so be patient while waiting them out because you never know which one will come next -.- but this isnΒ΄t something very annoying…

Pros
  • The most important point would definitely to provide good customer service both here & chat

IWD - Great Inventory Tracking Software

I like that we can track all our inventory easily. It's very user friendly and easy to learn. We have never had any issues with it. The only thing is that sometimes you need help when you get stuck or confused. As a team member, this has helped me solve problems in running a store that would otherwise take hours to figure out. Also, it has made my job as an assistant manager much easier. I used to spend a lot more time making sure everything was right; but now I am able to keep up with all the…

  • This program allows us multiple ways to organize items/people through filters such as tags & searches which helps make finding what needs done quick! Overall i think its pretty good software!! :) Would recommend
