After using it in multiple locations for a few weeks and setting it up and plugging it in dozens of times, I have generally positive things to say about it. I've always and only connected it via USB-C, but I've done it with my laptop and Android phone. The picture quality is excellent, at least for what I use, which is as a second monitor when I'm on the go. As many have noted, brightness and other settings are not stored in NVRAM, so they are always the default settings. when connected to it. Fortunately, the default 30% brightness is enough for everyday work, but it would be quite annoying if I wanted it brighter and had to reset it every time. Applying a screen protector can be tricky, especially if you have to start over, as it won't be quite as flat as you put it on. I briefly tried "reverse charging" by connecting my Android phone via USB-C and then plugging the included charger and cable into the USB-C port on the right side, and it worked as it should should. Monitor is not secure/always connected
