It's an essential eye makeup remover
This is the only makeup remover I've used for over 10 years. It removes all make-up and leaves the eyes moisturized, but does not sting the eyes and does not cover contact lenses. It was such a good eye makeup remover that my husband, an ophthalmologist, recommends it to his patients.
