I find this product really helps my hands with dermatitis/eczema. I apply a moisturizer or topical medication almost every night while I sleep before applying it to my hands and feet. My palm/soles are much softer and more comfortable the next day. I can easily peel the hard skin on my legs after a night in booties. Just scrape off with your nails. Putting gloves on and taking them off takes some practice, but a moisturizer will help put them on better. Mmm, so nice to wear on dry, chapped skin!
