Here's what you need to know if you don't want to buy a newer Roku model. This cheap memory card works great. Disconnect all cables from the back of your Roku 3. Insert this microSD card *shiny side up* into the slim slot below the HDMI port. You don't need an SD adapter. Throw it in the trash can. Plug everything back in. Roku 3 will ask if you want to format the card. Say yes. Formatting takes a few minutes. Just go away and do something else for a while. Someday it will end. When you come back from a car wash or whatever, restart your Roku 3. Congratulations, you've upgraded your Roku 3 for a change instead of buying an expensive new model.
