In short: This is a small, light and efficient moisture meter. Take it with you when you go shopping for wood for your projects. Simple and easy to use, I've tested it with larger moisture meters and it's fairly consistent. It makes two small holes in the wood being tested, but I still prefer this type of moisture meter to electromagnetic ones (I also have a smaller Wagner).
