I really wanted a thinner and smaller wallet but still able to carry cash. Most thin credit card style wallets have room for a few cards and either a rubber band or money clip. I'm always worried about cash falling out of a strap or money clip and it also makes your money visible every time you pull out your wallet. The Chums Surfshort wallet is great for my needs. Pockets for cards too and can be on different sides of the wallet. In my photos I have 8 or 9 cards and about 40 US bills folded on one end. That's about the maximum number of bills you can put in and lock at the same time using cards. I don't always carry that much with me, but I did at the time, so it was a good test. Weeks have passed and now the zipper closes softer than the first day. The wallet also has a transparent window where you can slip your ID if you wish. I've had no problems with this wallet, so much so that I've bought a second one every now and then for a change or colour. So space for cards with 3 or 4 in the compartments and space for bills that are folded individually instead of tripled. I love that one zip pocket holds cards and the other cash. Great little purse!
