Review on πŸ”₯ ROADVIEW Towel Warmers with UV Sanitizing: Electric Heated Towels Dryer with Tuya WiFi Control – Wall Mounted Bathroom Towel Warmers (Compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant) by Brian Dildine

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works well and definitely prevents towels from smelling bad.

Not a huge reviewer but I really feel like it needs some context. Living in Florida, towels, especially in the warmer months, are a one-time use thing, the humidity even in the air conditioner still ruins towels, so it's one of those things that, if it works, saves a lot of laundry. First, the instructions leave a lot to be desired, but are sufficient for a person with little common sense. You're going to hang some bath towels on this thing, using wall mount adhesive is probably not the best idea in the world. I used my own drywall anchors with plate and it sits firmly on the wall. It works better than I expected, dries towels great, UV and sanitize features are pretty cool. The general build quality is decent don't you think? How can he resist a hammer blow? No, but there's not much you can do these days, it's not that easy to detach from the wall with dowels I can tell you, and it's strong enough to use as a small temporary bathroom shelf. It blows really nice warm air and uses about as much power as a hair dryer when running. You can adjust the drying time which I would suggest if you can, walking two hours every day is a lot. I played with it a bit and found that an hour's work is enough for our towels. The clock on the device is cool, but difficult to understand how to set it according to the instructions, but the seller was quick to respond to help. Note that your settings come back if you lose power, a bit of a pain, it would be fairly easy to put a small lithium battery in the device to save this, but that's really my only complaint. Time will tell, but I think my biggest issue at the moment is replacing the UV lamp and heating element. The lamp looks simple enough to swap out, it can just be difficult to find. Overall, I highly recommend them!

Pros
  • cool
Cons
  • boring packaging
