Works great with a 12V pump.

Arrived well packaged, instructions are clear. I wanted to run a 12v water pump directly off the charger output without a battery installed. This is not possible due to the surge of electricity required to start the pump. I had to add a small 12v battery and then everything worked great. I appreciated the on/off switch for the output line that is on the charger. My only complaint is that the cable coming out of the panel could have been a bit longer.
