One of best Applicant tracking system for HR professionals
User Interface is very simple; we can search any candidates easily by their profile or resumes using our own filters which helps us shortlist them in less time than required otherwise would take much more times during interviewing phase itself! There are many features like creating your custom fields etc., but I do not find that useful as per my understanding most people who have used this tool before me think they wont be able use such additional field options so why waste money? This platform has helped reduce amount spent while searching & selecting right person (candidate) without compromising quality/experience provided / searched upon till date.
Pros
- The interface looks good, easy to navigate with intuitive functionality for candidate searches too no experience needed at all once you get familiarized about how it works..you will love it :) !!! It's really worth spending few bucks here.I guess its already making some impact when compared against other tools available out there..also offers free trial
