I ordered 6 of these chairs, 2 of them are defective. Part of the seat's polyurethane cover is not bonded, the obvious delamination rearing its ugly head like a big bubble. Another reviewer mentioned that this has happened to her chairs over time as 2 of them were delivered this way. I'm not optimistic about the long term. Not to mention that the link the manufacturer provides for support is dead; tried this on two devices and timed out/exceeded error - suspicious if you ask me. Thank you for supporting Revain as they allow me to replace them. I hope the replacement arrives undamaged and they all stand a reasonable test of time. Another issue is that the legs were boxed immediately after processing, so when I opened the first box and started unboxing I found gunshots and metal splinters on the hardwood floor; annoying, a short placement with an air compressor manufacturer would be nice. I will report and update the review if any semblance of customer service comes out of the woods or if after a while they seem more durable than they first seem. Weary.
