We bought 4 chairs in total and in less than 6 months 2 of them broke. In the lumbar area of the rear arch, the fabric separates from the frame. The material appears to have been glued on and is now separating from use. They are durable, the quality of the materials is good (hard to say the leather is artificial), assembly is easy. A little tired of ordering these chairs but so pleasantly surprised. They are very easy to assemble and very comfortable. I just renovated our dining room and needed chairs for the new table I made. After a few months of using these chairs they have performed extremely well and still look and feel amazing. We have 2 young daughters and their messiness has left no permanent marks or stains. I recommend putting felt pads on the bottom of the legs to avoid scratching the floor. **Update Edit** So my table came together perfectly and these chairs look great! Thanksgiving in these chairs was very comfortable as we sat, ate and told stories for a few hours. More commented on the chairs than the table and were so surprised they were Revain and so cheap. I ordered 6 of these chairs, 2 of them are defective. Part of the seat's polyurethane cover is not bonded, the obvious delamination rearing its ugly head like a big bubble. Another reviewer mentioned that this has happened to her chairs over time as 2 of them were delivered this way. I'm not optimistic about the long term.
