The best thing about this program is that it allows me as a customer service representative have access to my own personal dashboard where I can view all of my account information in one place! It's also very simple to navigate once logged into the site so there are no issues at all using the system.

Everything seems like its working well but sometimes when we try to login or logout from our computers or mobile devices we get errors which makes us think something isn't right. We're able to see everything related to our accounts including points earned/used etc. This has helped immensely since now i am always aware if someone tries to take advantage of any promotions offered by companies such as mine via their programs.
