For anyone writing bad reviews about how cheap this product is and the hinges are breaking off the board. it's because you were too lazy to install it properly! It's an easy 10 minute install! Most importantly you have to use velcro which means you have to attach it to the windowsill OR they were kind enough to drill you 2 holes in the base of the bed AND send you mounting screws if you just want to attach it sill. . These are people made of wood! If you remove the cat bed, you can putty, sand and repaint the hole! 2nd place in meaning - supporting legs. I love the foam ends! I have bought several window beds with plastic covers and they are still scratching my wall. Thats much better! Make sure your bed is secured to the windowsill with velcro straps, then level the bed by sliding the legs to a perfectly level position and tightening, 2 screw knobs each side. If you do everything right, the bed will not move, will not come off the wall and will not fall to the floor, causing the hinges to break. 5 stars for this cat bed out of 6 different styles I've bought, this is the best and I'll be buying a few more. because. Spring. I'm a crazy cat loving mom! :)
