Review on STIGA Evolution Tournament-Grade Table Tennis Racket Featuring Approved Rubber For High Performance Play by Gary Morris

After extensive research I finally decided on this racket. It fit my style of play perfectly. I'm a pretty good player. I'm defensive, aggressive and use spin to get out of trouble or surprise my opponent with off-speed stuff. I would say that control is it's best feature, then speed and then spin. Maybe it could have more spin but then the accuracy would be compromised and I'd rather have the control. I would recommend this – if you've been hacking around with normal paddles this will with out a doubt amp up your game! The only weird thing is there is some vibration. I don't know if this is normal but I quickly got over it. I hold the paddle a little tighter and I probably should be doing that anyway. An update… I'm undefeated at work, played about 100 games so that's awesome, still love it. But… when I mistakenly hit the table, from an opponent's low shot, I have caught the table's edge and split the rubber in 3 places. I'm used to paddles that you could hit anything and never get a scratch in the rubber. So be very careful.
