Review on πŸ‘Ÿ Lightweight and Comfortable Breathable Shoes - Ideal for Non-Sneaker Wearers by Will Powers

Comfortable and ventilated

I'm a big guy with big feet. Above all, I always had to buy the widest shoes I could find, also because of my foot height. Usually when I wear these shoes they are very tight at the top and dig into the toes. So when I first took it out of the box and looked at it, I didn't have high hopes. However, I was pleasantly surprised. These shoes are very stretchy and I really don't see why anyone would need to lace them up at all. When I tried them on, they stretched slightly and fit my foot comfortably like a glove (literally). The fabric is very breathable so they are comfortable but I wouldn't go out in cold weather. I'm also sure they won't be waterproof, although I confess I haven't tested them for that. The laces are too long for these shoes. I measured the laces at 48 inches and to be honest I think 36 inches would probably be correct. When I first tried to tie the laces, they hung to the ground on either side of the shoe and after being a bit loose, they came off. Looking at them to see if I could somehow compensate for the sagging, I noticed that the upper part of the shoe doesn't have flaps like normal lace-up shoes, and when I completely remove the laces the shoes basically look more like this loafers So that's exactly what I did. I really like shoes without laces. Attached are photos with and without laces. I've been wearing them mostly indoors for the past week (because it's getting cold outside) and they don't feel loose at all. Leather shoes but I can buy 6 pairs for the same money I spent on the rest. So I think these are really good shoes for the price range they fall in and as I'm moving to Florida in the coming months I might buy a few more pairs of these sneakers.
