Review on BQTQ by Andre Hawkins

Since I buy online so frequently, I'm always on the hunt for fresh stores to add to my regular rotation. I was glad to find BQTQ's web shop and check out their wares. Unfortunately, my enthusiasm waned as I struggled with their disorganized and difficult-to-navigate website. It took me a long time to find what I needed, and the store had a rather little assortment of goods. The big letdown, though, occurred when I received my order. The garments were of low quality and looked nothing like the online photos. The shoes were poorly constructed and did not fit, and the underwear and pajamas were of poor quality and caused a great deal of discomfort. When I tried to contact customer service about these problems, they were unresponsive and useless. It was obvious that BQTQ did not care about their customers. In sum, shopping through BQTQ's website was a terrible disappointment for me. As someone who places a premium on both speed and product quality when making purchases online, I won't be making any future purchases with BQTQ.
