It seemed to get better on the 2nd day, and then the picture of the sight when shooting got better.
I saw how this training works on the internet and wanted to see if I could improve my sight for shooting as well as everyday vision. I'm up to 2 days now and it seems to be having a benefit so far. I had some discomfort the first time I tried it, but it seemed to pass quickly. On the 2nd day it seemed to get better, and the image of the view during the shooting became better than before. I can't wait to start shooting in a few weeks.
