**Update: The company contacted me and offered a free replacement. Excellent customer service! Definitely recommend this company. There can be no such service! I used these batteries in an outdoor amplifier. They last a few hours. The charger charges them in 4-5 hours as advertised. However, the charger stopped working almost 5 months after delivery. From the plug to the cable to the socket, I checked everything. I put the batteries in another charger and they started charging. I really need these batteries to make a living. The warranty says it's only valid for 90 days, so that's unfortunate. I really liked this charger.
