UPDATE NOVEMBER 14, 2016 Five years later I still use it every day. It hasn't lost its shape and still looks great! FIRST RATING: I love this product. I have a Coach bag that I bought in 2005 and due to the unique materials used to make the bag, the sides have softened and lost their shape. This product instantly lifted my spirits! As there are different sizes, make sure you measure the inside of your bag/handbag to get the best size. I love it so much I was about to order it for my winter bag but then it occurred to me that I can take this one and put it in another bag. There are two external flat pockets; four internal expansion pockets (two on each side); two inner pockets, one at each end, with flared elastic. It's nice to know that I can see everything at a glance when I'm searching. I LOVE IT!
