Review on Solar-Powered Auto Darkening Professional Welding Helmet W/Wide Lens & Adjustable Shade - DEKOPRO by Marc Salem

So this is a very nice lightweight welding helmet. I’ve been using it for MIG welding and it has worked great. The lens is large and gives you a very nice field of view. I am just a hobby welder and not a professionalI, so I have very limited experience with auto darkening of welding helmets. But for my use I am very pleased with this one. It came disassembled, but that was an easy task without even looking at the directions. Fit is very good, it is easy to adjust and comfortable. It also came with a nylon storage bag to keep it clean and scratch free and and extra lens protector. I have not done any actual testing of the helmet for UV transmission, so I can’t comment on that. I do like it and would recommend it for an inexpensive alternative to the professsional versions for the hobbyist.
