Okay, let's face it. When you think of men in shoes, you think of little kids and old people. At least I know. I've never worn a pair of shoes that didn't require "fastening" to the foot with laces or buckles, other than western style boots etc. Of course I don't count leather shoes as they are different. Style. In any case, the thought of these shoes reminded me of either the baby youth, or a quick 4 p.m. lunch at the buffet and sleeping until it got dark. Luckily this didn't happen. These shoes are perfect for quickly slipping on and heading down the street. Great for going to the store quickly. Or walking the dog at 2 a.m. when nature suddenly demands your presence. Honestly, these shoes are always at hand. And comfortable. And quite attractive in terms of basic shoes. At least my wife, who is very fashion conscious but very practical, doesn't mind me wearing and using these shoes. We all know there are men who shouldn't get dressed, after all we've seen them in public. But she doesn't mind at all that I wear these shoes. Now I'm not talking about wearing them to a funeral or wedding (like those two came to me in the same thought, just kidding) but wearing them around the house without dressing up. the most comfortable shoes i have ever had. They stay on the foot and don't dangle, but are easy to put on and secure by pulling the heel over the foot.
