There were no problems with charging.
My Lenovo B590 Laptop would not turn on. I replaced the battery. The laptop was fine until the battery died. I replaced the charger but same problem. The charger worked as advertised, great price, no problems, it's just not the problem. I swapped the power connector and still the same problem. Solution: I replaced the laptop.
