Poor packaging resulting in mismatched products
My cap arrived safely but the retail packaging allows the cap to move. This shift allows the brim of the hat to fold and rotate. I feel like I'm wearing a Dundee crocodile hat, one side of the hat is folded. Maybe I can steam it or use a book to fix it, but I don't have to. Otherwise, the hat is well made and made of good material.
